Punjab News: State BJP has taken major action against 4 leaders of its party in Garhshankar, Hoshiarpur and expelled them from the party. Actually these leaders were accused of being involved in anti-party activities. Taking action on this allegation, BJP has taken this decision. The names of these leaders are Nimisha Mehta, Dalwinder Singh Dhillon, Kuldeep Singh and Gurpreet Singh.ANI Gave InformationThe investigating agency tweeted and informed that, "Punjab BJP has expelled 4 BJP leaders Nimisha Mehta, Dalwinder Singh Dhillon, Kuldeep Singh and Gurpreet Singh from Garhshankar in Hoshiarpur for their involvement in anti-party activities."
What is written in the order of state BJP?The order issued by BJP Punjab State reads, "From the perusal of the evidence received by us, it has come to the notice that the following persons belong to Garhshankar Assembly Constituency. Their names are Nimisha Mehta, Dalwinder Singh Dhillon, Kuldeep Singh and Gurpreet Singh."The order further states that, as per Article 15 of the Constitution of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he is guilty of breach of discipline and thus, as per the decision of the State President in consultation with the Disciplinary Committee, he is expelled from the party.
