On Lalit's request the date of 13th December was fixed.

During the interrogation of the investigating agencies, the accused have revealed that at the behest of Lalit Jha, the date of December 13 was fixed for the smoke color attack. Lalit Jha had called all the accused for a meeting in Gurugram. It was Lalit Jha who shot the video of the color attack on his mobile and uploaded it on social media.

Lalit had the phones of all four accused

Sources said that Lalit Jha turned out to be the only mastermind of the four arrested accused. With whom all the accused were in contact. Before committing the incident, Lalit himself took possession of the phones of the four accused and fled away.

Police suspect that there may be many evidences related to conspiracy in the mobile, which Lalit Jha may try to erase.

Efforts continue to arrest Lalit Jha

Lalit Jha is absconding since the incident. Lalit's last location was near Neemrana, many teams are continuously raiding in search of him. Investigation has also been started into the West Bengal NGO associated with Lalit Jha. Funding will also be examined. Lalit Jha is the General Secretary of this NGO.

 Ruckus in parliament

Opposition members in the Lok Sabha created a huge ruckus on Thursday demanding answers from the government on the issue of lapse in Parliament security. As soon as the House proceedings began at 11 am, the opposition members started raising slogans. They started a huge uproar by raising slogans of 'Home Minister should resign'. Speaker Om Birla requested the members not to create ruckus and said that the security of the Parliament complex is the responsibility of the Lok Sabha Secretariat. He emphasized that the security of Parliament is not the government's jurisdiction, but ours.
