Judicial custody extended till July 25

CBI arrested him on June 26

Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered the release of Kejriwal on interim bail in the ED case. CM Kejriwal had filed a petition challenging the ED's arrest, which was heard today and Kejriwal also got bail order. Actually, ED arrested Kejriwal on March 21 in the money laundering case. After this, the CBI also arrested Kejriwal on June 26 in a corruption case related to the alleged excise policy scam. These cases are related to the Delhi government's Excise Policy 2021-22 which was later canceled.
