Delhi / Center amended the pension rules, now after retirement, take these precautions or else your pension will be stopped

The Modi government at the Center has amended the rules of pension. The government has taken this decision keeping in view the internal security of the country for civil servants. According to this, retired officers of Security and Intelligence Organization cannot publish anything related to the Institute without the approval of their Head of Organization

New Delhi. The Modi government at the Center has amended the rules of pension. The government has taken this decision keeping in view the internal security of the country for civil servants. According to this, retired officers of Security and Intelligence Organization cannot publish anything related to the Institute without the approval of their Head of Organization. That is, after the amendment in the pension rules, retired officers from organizations related to intelligence or security cannot publish any content without permission. If they do so without permission, their pension will be stopped.

Officials will decide whether the material is sensitive or not

As per the amended rules, the Responsible Officer shall have the right to decide whether the material offered for publication is sensitive or insensitive. Also, it will be seen whether this material falls under the jurisdiction of the organization or not. That is, the head of the organization concerned will decide whether the matter for publication is sensitive or not or falls in the domain of the organization.

DoPT has added a clause amending the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972. It said that on retirement those working in organizations included in the second schedule of the RTI Act shall not be allowed to publish anything relating to the domain of the organization without prior approval from the head of the organization

These rules will be applicable to these institutions

Revised Rules Intelligence Bureau, Research and Analysis Wing, Central Economic Intelligence Bureau, Enforcement Directorate, Narcotics Control Bureau, CBI, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Aviation Research Centre, Special Frontier Force, Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police , Central Industrial Security Force, National Security Guard, Assam Rifles, Sashastra Seema Bal, Special Branch (CID), Andaman and Nicobar, Crime Branch-CID-CB, Defense Research and Development Organization, Border Road Development Board and Institutions of Financial Intelligence Unit applied to its employees.
