Delhi Politics: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is becoming increasingly strict against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Despite 5 summons sent so far by the investigating agency, the court has been approached for not coming for questioning. The agency lodged a complaint in the court that despite being a public servant, Kejriwal is not complying with the summons of ED. Now the hearing of this case will be on 7th February.

So far, 5 summons have been sent to Kejriwal by ED in the famous excise scam case, but he has not appeared before the agency even once. ED has filed a complaint in this matter in the concerned court of Delhi. Earlier on Friday, Aam Aadmi Party informed that Chief Minister Kejriwal will not appear before the ED for questioning in the alleged money laundering case related to the now canceled Delhi Excise Policy.

Summons were issued to Chief Minister Kejriwal for the fifth time on Wednesday by the Central Investigation Agency. ED has sent 4 summons to Kejriwal in the last four months but he has not appeared before it even once.

Talking about his not appearing before the ED, the Aam Aadmi Party had yesterday said that the summons is 'illegal' and the Enforcement Directorate is repeatedly sending notices to arrest AAP leader Kejriwal.
