Local BJP MLA Manish Asija claimed on Tuesday the demise toll withinside the district had risen to 44. "Last night (Monday) 3 deaths befell, while deaths took place on Tuesday, taking the demise toll to 44," Asija turned into quoted as announcing in a PTI report, including camps had been set up in 25 affected places.
