Flights were canceled for 21 hoursThe Meteorological Department has issued a warning that the cyclonic storm Remal formed in the Bay of Bengal can make landfall between Sagardweep of Bengal and the coasts of Bangladesh late on Sunday night. According to the information, when the cyclonic storm hits the coast, the wind speed is expected to be 110 to 120 km per hour. In view of cyclonic storm Remal, flight operations from Kolkata airport have been completely suspended for 21 hours from Sunday afternoon. Officials said during this time that in view of the cyclonic storm, flights have been suspended from 12 noon on May 26 to 9 am on May 27.
