ED Raid / ED is searching the house of AAP party MLA Amanatullah Khan in the Red Money Laundering case.

ED Raid: ED has raided the house of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan and the search of his house is going on. Let us tell you that ED had started a money laundering investigation against MLA Amanatullah Khan on the basis of an FIR filed by the Anti Corruption Bureau of Delhi. Today i.e. on 10 October 2023, the Enforcement Directorate has reached the house of Amanatullah Khan in this matter. ED has conducted this raid on the basis of the Waqf Board scam against Amanatullah Khan last year.

Last year, Anti Corruption Bureau had raided 5 places related to Amanat in Delhi. In this raid, Rs 12 lakh cash, an unlicensed Beretta pistol, and cartridges of 2 different bores were recovered.

The Enforcement Directorate is raiding the house of Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Okhla, Amanatullah Khan. Let us tell you that last year Amanatullah Khan was accused of scam regarding Waqf Board land. Based on this allegation, the Enforcement Directorate has raided his house. Last year, Anti Corruption Bureau had raided 5 different locations linked to Amanatullah Khan in Delhi. In that raid, Rs 12 lakh cash, 1 unlicensed Beretta pistol and cartridges of 2 different bores were recovered.

Amanatullah Khan was arrested by ACB last year

Some diaries were recovered during the search of his house. These diaries were found from a close associate of Amanatullah Khan, in which hawala transactions were revealed. Some cases of transmission were also reported from abroad. ACB had shared its investigation with ED. Let us tell you that Amanatullah Khan was arrested by ACB last year.

Sanjay Singh's house also raided

Let us tell you that on the 4th of this month, the Enforcement Directorate had also raided the house of Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh. ED recovered some documents from there. The ED raid on Sanjay Singh's house lasted for about 8 hours after which he was taken into custody.
