Official sources said that he was discharged around 3 pm.Former Bihar CM Lalu Yadav, 73, was brought to Delhi AIIMS from Ranchi at 9 pm on Tuesday night. The medical board of Ranchi's Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) had referred him to AIIMS after his condition deteriorated. Yadav was sentenced on February 21 by a special CBI court to five years in jail and a fine of Rs 60 lakh in the Doranda Treasury case related to the fodder scam. Dr. Vidyapati, head of the seven-member team of doctors of RIMS, had said on Tuesday that Yadav's creatinine level has increased to 4.6, from 3.5 earlier. Fluctuating blood sugar and blood pressure. The sugar level is between 150 and 200 mg/dL. His kidney is functioning at 15-20% capacity. On this basis, he was sent to Delhi AIIMS.
