The Home Ministry has now given permission to prosecute Lalu Prasad Yadav, who is the former Chief Minister of Bihar and the President of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). The CBI has also informed the Rouse Avenue Court in this regard.

Number of accused increased
