India / Foreign ministers of Russia and America met at G-20 summit war on Ukraine

A meeting of foreign ministers took place on Thursday in the G-20 Summit being held in India. In this meeting, a common communiqué could not be issued due to differences regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict, while the host country India made several efforts to build a consensus.

G-20 Foreign Ministers Meeting India: A meeting of foreign ministers took place on Thursday in the G-20 Summit being held in India. In this meeting, a common communiqué could not be issued due to differences regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict, while the host country India made several efforts to build a consensus. The Presidency Summary and Results Document was accepted in the meeting held under the chairmanship of India. Union External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said in a press conference that issues related to the Ukraine conflict also came up in the meeting. Many diplomats said that there is a huge confrontation between America, the western world and Russia-China regarding the Ukraine conflict. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that the views on this issue were divided into two poles.

Focused on the problems of the Global South

The Union Minister said that in the meeting of Foreign Ministers, different perceptions have emerged on the Ukraine conflict. He said that no consensus could be reached on two paragraphs in this regard. The External Affairs Minister said that the outcome document of the G-20 shows the resolve of the G-20 to deal with the current global challenges. He said that terrorism was clearly condemned in the meeting. Jaishankar said that it is our endeavor that the voice of the 'Global South' be heard. Putting forward the problems of the Global South, the External Affairs Minister said that rising prices of oil, rising prices of food grains and fertilizers are a matter of concern. The availability of its fertilizers is also one of the serious issues for the Global South. The Union Minister said that many countries are already buried under debt.

Union Minister met the Foreign Minister of China

The country's Foreign Minister S Jaishankar said that he has met the Foreign Minister of China. The Union Minister spoke to the Chinese Foreign Minister on the current situation between the two countries. He said that the situation between India and China still remains very delicate. There are still many problems in the relations between the two countries.
