After Sushant Singh Rajput's death case was handed over to CBI, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy tweeted, "SC has been informed by...Centre that Sushant case has been handed over to CBI. Have I completed my commitment and [am I] free to go?" During a hearing on Wednesday, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said Centre has accepted Bihar government's recommendation for CBI enquiry.

New Delhi: While India is celebrating the auspicious day of 'Bhoomi Poojan' of Ayodhya, another great news for Sushant fans have been dropped. After their continuous struggle for justice for Sushant, their demand for CBI Inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput's case has finally been accepted. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta on Wednesday informed the Supreme Court that the Centre has accepted the Bihar government’s recommendation to initiate an inquiry by the Central Bureau of Investigation.

He also informed the court that the notification will be released till the evening. After this, Bharatiya Janata Party Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy who has been quite vocal in Sushant Singh Rajput's case responded on it.

In a jolly manner, Swamy tweeted, "The SC has been informed by the Centre that the Sushant case has been handed over to CBI. Have I completed my commitment and free to go?"

Notably, after the presence of BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy, the case draw attention to every political party and mainstream media. Otherwise, Sushant's case was not been covered by mainstream media.
