Bahujan Samaj Party: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati today took a big decision and expelled her nephew Akash Anand from the party. She informed about this decision through the social media platform 'X'. Mayawati said that in the All-India meeting of BSP, Akash Anand was relieved of all responsibilities including the National Coordinator for being more under the influence of his father-in-law Ashok Siddharth than the party. He should have expressed regret by showing his maturity, but his reaction indicated the opposite.

Punishment for being under the influence of father-in-law

Making her opinion clear on this decision, Mayawati said that the long reaction given by Akash instead of showing regret reflects the influence of his father-in-law rather than his political maturity. She described it as selfish, arrogant and non-missionary. Mayawati also advised other party members to avoid such influences and reiterated her tradition of punishing indiscipline. He said that Akash Anand is also expelled from BSP like his father-in-law for maintaining the self-respect and self-respect movement of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar and the tradition of discipline of Kanshiram ji.
