Delhi Coaching Centre: A big negligence has come to light in the Delhi IAS coaching centre accident. Actually, illegal coaching centres were running in the basement of the building where this accident happened, even though it was not allowed. A library was running in the basement without permission, which was not legally correct. The basement where the incident happened was used for storage purpose but a library was built here. Children used to study here.

According to the fire NOC, one basement was allowed to be used for storage. The other was to be used as parking. While a library was built in the basement. It is clear that rules were violated by building a library. However, in this case, the coaching centre owner Abhishek Gupta and coordinator Deshpal have been arrested by Delhi Police. A case has been registered under sections 105, 106 (1), 152, 290 and 35 of the BNS. The management of the coaching centre and people from the civic agency are also under investigation.

'Action should be taken against coaching centres running in basements'

On the Old Rajendra Nagar coaching incident, Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi said, a very sad incident happened yesterday. As soon as I got information about the incident, I immediately reached the spot. The NDRF team was doing rescue operations there. Sadly, three children died in this incident. I have written a letter to the MCD Commissioner. In this, I said that strict action should be taken against the institutes which come under the jurisdiction of MCD and the coaching centres which are running illegally in the basement.

'Library was running illegally in the basement'

She said that if MCD officials are involved in this matter, then strict action should be taken against them as well. If such coaching centres are running illegally, then action will be taken against them and action will also be taken against the officer. Shelly further said that the completion certificate of the building was received in 2021. It is also clearly written in this that there can be bus parking and storage in the basement. Meaning the library was running illegally in the basement. Politics has also intensified on the Delhi coaching accident. Both AAP and BJP are attacking each other.

Three students died in Delhi coaching center accident

Three students died in the Delhi coaching center accident. The three deceased students have been identified as Shreya, Tanya and Navin. Shreya was from Ambedkarnagar in UP. Tanya Soni was from Telangana and the deceased student Navin Dalvin was from Kerala. Actually, there was heavy rain in Delhi on Saturday evening. Rain water suddenly came into the basement of the coaching center. In 10 minutes the basement was completely filled with water. These three students studying in the library got trapped and lost their lives.
