The baby was born last week at Shahbad Community Health Center in Hardoi. The weight of the child told was about 3 kg at birth. On July 2, when the child's mother, Kareena, started labor pains, she was brought to the hospital, where she gave birth to the child on July 2.

The child was sent from Shahbad to Hardoi and then to Lucknow for treatment. According to the medical officer Dr. Ramesh Babu, it is a case of twins and the trunk of the other child seems to be attached above the child's abdomen, but it is not fully developed.

Such a case had also come to the fore earlier this year. On January 17, a child with 4 hands and 4 legs was born in Katihar, Bihar. At the same time, a child with three hands and three legs was born in Gopalganj in December 2021.
