India Champions definitely achieved the net run rate in the last over

As far as the match is concerned, Yuvraj Singh won the toss and decided to bowl first. South Africa, batting first, scored 210 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Yuvraj Singh and India Champions camp must be thinking that if the Indian team bats later, then it will have a target in front of it that how many runs the team will need in 20 overs, so that the team reaches the semi-finals. This is what happened. India needed 211 runs to win, but if the team wanted to reach the semi-finals, it needed 153 runs in 20 overs. Which it achieved. That is, South Africa could not make it to the semi-finals despite winning, while India Champions team secured its place in the semi-finals on the basis of better run rate despite losing.

Harbhajan Singh bowled brilliantly

While bowling for India Champions, Harbhajan Singh dismissed four batsmen by giving 25 runs in four overs, while Dhawal Kulkarni, Vinay Kumar, Pawan Negi and Yusuf Pathan dismissed one batsman each. Yusuf Pathan scored the most runs for India Champions. He played a brilliant innings of 54 runs in 44 balls and got his team a ticket to the semi-finals by hitting a four on the last ball.
