Donald Trump US: On one hand, talks are progressing between former US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding ceasefire, on the other hand, many European countries have come out in opposition to America. America has announced to leave NATO's commandership, due to which instability is increasing in Europe. Meanwhile, France and Britain are planning to jointly prepare a nuclear shield in Europe. European countries have been divided on this issue, which can directly benefit Russia.Weak NATO without America? After Russia's occupation of Ukraine, now the Baltic countries are under threat. In the absence of America, NATO may weaken and Russia can take advantage of this situation. This move of America has increased tension in European countries, as now serious questions have been raised on NATO's defense strategy.Trump-Putin talks and NATO's concernIn the talks that lasted for about two hours between Trump and Putin, many conditions regarding ceasefire were discussed. The longer the talks dragged on, the more the concerns of NATO countries increased. Trump wants to stop the war, but many European countries do not agree with this. This is the reason why the conflict between European countries and America is deepening.America's withdrawal from NATO: A big setback for EuropeAmerica had already announced to stop funding NATO, and now by deciding to leave the commandership, it has given a big setback to Europe. America has been playing a major role in NATO since World War II. Many questions are being raised about the future of NATO without America.Growing rift in Europe: Who is with whom? After America's decision, Europe seems to be divided into two factions. Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Turkey are standing with America, while Britain, France, Germany, Poland and the Baltic countries are against America. Some countries are not openly opposing, but they are sending weapons to Ukraine. This division can be beneficial for Putin.France's new strategy: Europe's new boss? After America's withdrawal, France is trying to become the new leading power of Europe. France is working on a plan to build a nuclear shield, which may include Germany and other European countries. Initially, there is a plan to deploy 40 Rafale jets, which will be equipped with hypersonic missiles.Nuclear deployment in Europe and growing concernThe US has so far deployed nuclear weapons at five places in Europe. Nuclear fighter jets were also deployed in Poland, but the US is now retreating. This could divide Europe into two parts and new disputes may arise regarding security.New security strategy in EuropeEU President Ursula von der Leyen has appealed to all European countries to produce more weapons. French President Emmanuel Macron said that all European countries have the right to their own security. Germany has also passed a big defense budget for the first time, in which 1 trillion euros will be spent on security and weapons. Conclusion: Growing tension in EuropeThe situation has become extremely complicated due to America's separation from NATO and growing differences among European countries. Russia may try to take advantage of this division to fulfill its strategic goals. It will be important to see in the coming days what direction the policies of Europe and America move in and whether this dispute is pointing towards a new global crisis.
