Rape Case / Muslim man raped a girl on pretext of making PAN card then forcefully changed her religion

Saharanpur: Police arrested four accused for converting a girl into a rape in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The accused were blackmailing the woman by making pornographic videos. The police sent all four to jail.

In Saharanpur, a woman from the rural police station area had lodged an FIR stating that she went to a public service center in the village to get a PAN card. Where he met Ahmed from the village itself. On the pretext of getting a PAN card, Ahmed made him go round for several days. It is alleged that Ahmad had said that he would have to go to Saharanpur to get a PAN card. Ahmad raped her by taking her to a hotel in Saharanpur and also made pornographic videos, after which he continued to blackmail her. He got married in February and even after that Ahmed did not leave him blackmail and demanded 50 thousand rupees.

The victim said that when she took Rs 50,000, her relatives Shabana, Rafiq, Asraf, Yunus, Yusuf, Sehwan, Motilal took her hostage. After this, he was taken to a religious place in Muzaffarnagar and signed for conversion. Later, the accused brought him to the village and held him hostage in a garden. CO Durga Prasad Tiwari said that the main accused Mohammad Ahmed, Ashraf, Rajik and Motilal were arrested. Six accused in the case are absconding. He will be arrested soon.
