Bollywood / NCB Deputy Director, who questioned Deepika in drug case, tests COVID-19 +ve

KPS Malhotra, the Deputy Director of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has tested positive for coronavirus, as per ANI. He is currently investigating the drug angle in actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. He was present during actress Deepika Padukone's interrogation in the drugs case, which took place on September 26.

Mumbai: Deputy director in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), PS Malhotra has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He is investigating the Bollywood drug angle in actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

Meanwhile, Chief of AIIMS forensic medical board Dr Sudhir Gupta has ruled out murder in the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, terming it “a case of hanging and death by suicide.”

“It is a case of hanging and death by suicide. We have submitted our conclusive report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI),” Dr Gupta, who is also the chairman of the forensic medical board, said.
