By News Helpline – Mumbai | Body Shaming has been prevalent in our society since ages. Whether you are skinny or you are chubby, people are always ready to give either suggestions or rude comments on your body. Our celebs are always in the public eye and are always subject to body shaming. Actress Neha Dhupia is one actress who has worn her skin comfortably and has always been vocal about it. The actress will now be seen again talking about it in an episode of Mtv Roadies.

The former Miss India took to her instagram and shared a series of her pictures with different body weights at different point in her life and wrote, "Remember that photo of yourself from 5 years ago that makes you feel bad about your current weight? Well that same person 5 years ago had something else making her feel bad about her weight. We're programmed to feel unworthy, to feel not good enough”

“Be kind to yourself and your body, it's the only one you've got! It took me a while to understand this and be proud and comfortable in my own skin. If you're reading this, DON'T waste as much time as i did! Your weighing scale doesn't define you, you do!....#beenthruthicknthin"

The actress has earlier been body shamed for her post partum weight and that time too she gave befitting reply that she doesn't owe any explanation to anyone. No one can beat her when it comes to speaking her mind.

Neha who was last seen in a short film 'Devi' will soon be seen talking about her post partum weight in an episode of MTV Roadies. She has been associated with the show since 2016 and will soon be seen in all new episodes of season 18 Roadies: Revolution.
