Bravery / New army chief Manoj Pandey told the future strategy, how and how he will challenge the enemies

A day after taking charge, the army chief discussed the modernization and future strategy of the army in front of the media. He said that his first priority would be to ensure high standards of strategic preparedness to meet the challenges ahead. He said that our emphasis will be on self-reliance and modernization in the military sector. Apart from this, we will further strengthen the Indian Army by taking advantage of the latest technologies. He said that I would like to focus on the ongoing reforms, restructuring and transformation of the Indian military system so as to enhance the operational and functional efficiency of the Army. Increasing inter-service cooperation will also be one of our key goals.
