An FIR was registered after 18 hours in the case of PM Modi's security breach in Firozpur, Punjab. But now allegations are being made that in the name of registering the case, only slander was done. Many questions are being raised regarding the FIR, which is not being answered by the Punjab Police. Such a section has been imposed in the FIR, under which a fine of only Rs 200 will have to be paid.Question on attitude of Punjab PoliceBefore the elections, the matter of lapse in the security of Prime Minister Modi is increasing in Punjab and the Punjab Police and the Congress government of the state seems to be surrounded on this issue. In one case, a case was registered after 18 hours and the FIR on it is such that questions are being raised on the Punjab Police.Question number 1- Why PM is not mentioned in the FIR?In the case of blocking the way of PM Modi's convoy in Ferozepur, Punjab Police has registered a case at Kulgarhi police station. But the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not even mentioned anywhere in the FIR. There is no mention of stopping PM Modi's convoy anywhere. That is, the issue about which all the ruckus is taking place has not been written in the registered case. It has only been said in the FIR that due to the protest, the road was closed for the common people, rally goers and VIP vehicles.Question No. 2- Why weak section was imposed in the FIR?It is also being alleged that a weak section has been deliberately made in the FIR. Section 283 of the IPC has been imposed in the case registered by the Punjab Police. There is a provision for a fine of only Rs 200 in this section. Under section 283, bail is obtained from the police station itself. The accused does not even need to go to court.Question No. 3- How the protester unknown to the police?Punjab Police has not written anyone's name in the FIR. A case has been registered against 150 unknown people. However, sources say that the police know the names of the protesters leaders. In such a situation, allegations are being made that by registering a case, the police has done only frivolity.Question number 4- Why did the police reach after the PM's departure?A case has been registered in the matter on the basis of the statement of Inspector Birbal Singh. According to which, Birbal Singh had reached the flyover of Pyarayana village of Ferozepur between two and a half to three o'clock. And when he reached there, PM Modi had returned to Bathinda airport only one and a half hours before that. Inspector Birbal had received the news that some unknown persons were staging a sit-in on the flyover.Question number 5- Why the SPG Act was not imposed? The question is also being asked from the Punjab Police that why the SPG Act made for the protection of PM Modi has not been included in the FIR?Former IPS officer Kiran Bedi said that the first security breach was the absence of the DGP. State Home Minister and Home Secretary were also not present. The District Magistrate was also absent. Was the security lapse a premeditated conspiracy? This is a clear case of ambushing the PM.Meanwhile, after the strict stand of the Center, the Punjab government has transferred the SSP of Ferozepur. Ferozepur SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans has been made the Commandant of the 3rd Battalion of India Reserve Battalion (IRB) in Ludhiana. Narendra Bhargava has been made the new SSP of Ferozepur. Earlier, Punjab DGP Siddharth Chattopadhyay was also replaced. Senior IPS Viresh Kumar Bhavra has been appointed as the new DGP of Punjab Police.Even though the Channi government has taken action against the police officers, but experts believe that as much as the blame lies with the Punjab Police, the political leadership of Punjab is equally at fault. In such a situation, BJP's attacks on CM Channi are continuing.BJP General Secretary Tarun Chugh said that CM Channi, DGP and Home Minister should be sent to jail by imposing the charge of attempt to murder because all three can tamper with the evidence. However, to fix the responsibility of the lapse in the security of the PM, the team of the Ministry of Home Affairs is investigating. According to sources, a three-member high-level team of the Ministry of Home Affairs is preparing to issue show cause notices to many more senior officers of Punjab Police. In such a situation, there is a stir among the police officers posted in the security of the PM. All the officers are blaming each other for negligence. And in the midst of all this, it is true that the police, who were negligent earlier, have now only made a false statement by registering an FIR.
