Pune Police has registered a case of rape against Raghunath Kuchik, deputy leader of Shiv Sena in Maharashtra. An FIR has been registered against him under sections 376 and 313 of IPC at Shivajinagar police station. On Wednesday night, a complaint was received against him for rape and forced abortion. Thereafter the case was registered. A 24-year-old woman has filed a complaint against Kuchik.

On Wednesday night, a complaint was received against him for rape and forced abortion. Thereafter the case was registered. A 24-year-old woman has filed a complaint against Kuchik. The woman has alleged that Kuchik had sex with her and threatened to kill her if she became pregnant and forced an abortion. According to the police, a case of rape has been registered against Kuchik.

Make a relationship on the pretext of marriage

According to the complaint made by the girl, the rape took place several times between 6 November 2020 and 10 February 2022. All this happened in big hotels in different places like Pune, Goa. According to the complaint, Raghunath Kuchik had physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage.
