Aam Aadmi Party: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi health minister Satyendra Jain has finally come out of Tihar jail. He was granted bail by a Delhi court in a money laundering case, following which he was released. Soon after he was granted bail, his party colleague Manish Sisodia said, "It is a matter of great joy, our hero is back." Speaking to the media as he came out of the jail, Satyendra Jain said that Aam Aadmi Party leaders should continue the struggle against injustice.

Satyendra Jain's views after release

Satyendra Jain shared his views as soon as he was released from jail. He said, "Conspiracies are being hatched to ensure that the common man does not enter politics and the common man does not contest elections so that our voice can be suppressed." He also alleged that the resources of the country are in the hands of a few special people. Jain said that Arvind Kejriwal's government always works in the interest of the common man, while other parties are working only for a few people.

Satyendra Jain further said, "Aatishi ji, you also have to go to jail." In this statement, he clarified the unity and struggle of the party. He also emphasized that it was already told that he would be arrested, but he is not afraid.

Court decision

Satyendra Jain was arrested by the ED on 30 May 2022. He was accused of money laundering through four companies. He was in judicial custody for the last one year. Recently, Special Judge Rakesh Syan ordered bail while hearing the case. His lawyer told the court that keeping Satyendra Jain in custody would not serve his purpose. However, the ED opposed the bail, saying that if Jain was released, he could influence the witnesses.

Reaction of party leaders

On coming out of jail, many prominent leaders of Aam Aadmi Party were present to welcome Satyendra Jain, including CM Atishi, Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh. CM Atishi said on the occasion, "Truth has prevailed." Her remarks reflect the faith in the party and indicate that the party's priority is based on justice and truth.

Conclusion

The release of Satyendra Jain has infused new energy in Aam Aadmi Party leaders and their supporters. It is clear from their words that they are ready to continue the fight against injustice. After getting bail, it remains to be seen whether Satyendra Jain and Aam Aadmi Party will be able to continue their struggle in the future or they will have to face new political and legal challenges.
