What is the whole matter?Actually, after differences between Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar, separate factions of both were formed in NCP. One group was of Sharad Pawar and the other was of Ajit Pawar. Meanwhile, on Tuesday the Election Commission considered Ajit Pawar faction as the real NCP. While giving the order, the Election Commission accepted that Ajit Pawar is the real NCP. This decision of the Election Commission is being considered as a big blow for Sharad Pawar faction. After this decision of the Commission, Ajit Pawar faction has got the right over both the name and election symbol of NCP.After more than 10 hearings spanning over 6 months, the Election Commission has settled the dispute in the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and ruled in favor of the Ajit Pawar-led faction. Using its powers, the Commission also gave the option to the Sharad Pawar faction to claim a name for its new political formation and provide three priorities to the Commission.
