The dead body of a youth missing for four days was found in a closed grocery shop on Sunday in Aliyapur village in Kanpur countryside. Villagers informed the police after smelling the smell. After this, when the lock of the shop was seen breaking, the incident came to light. The youth was seen drinking liquor at the shopkeeper's place before going missing.

The CO, who arrived with the dog squad, investigated. The young man's daughter has filed a murder report against the shopkeeper and her mother. Both the accused are absconding. The in-laws of Santosh Kumar (45), a resident of Aliyapur village of Mangalpur, are in Mohana Gajner. On April 17, he went there with the family to take his daughter's baby shower. From behind the village grocery shopkeeper Sunil also reached Santosh's in-laws' house.

On this Santosh started quarreling with him. On this, Santosh's wife Urmila took Sunil's side. Angered by this, Santosh reached the nephew's house in Sanihapur village of Derapur the same day. After staying there for two days, he reached the village Aliyapur on 19 April. Some people in the village had seen him drinking alcohol with Sunil.

Since then he went missing. Here, Sunil stopped opening the shop. This made the villagers suspicious of him. On Sunday, the police was informed after a foul smell emanated from Sunil's shop. When the police broke the lock and looked inside, after killing Santosh, the body was wrapped in polythene and kept under the cot.

The daughter recognized the dead body of the father. Told the police that the mother had a relationship with the shopkeeper Sunil. Father opposed it. Because of this he was murdered. Urmila and her lover fled after the incident. Santosh of Aliyapur village was an addict. Villagers told that his wife Urmila and neighbor Sunil had a relationship. He often went to her house. Sunil kept a grocery shop in one room of his house and lived alone in the house. The closeness of Sunil and Urmila was so much that if Urmila went to her maternal home, Sunil would also reach there. This time when Santosh went to Mohana's in-laws' house with the family, Sunil also reached. There Santosh said good and bad, then this thing went unnoticed to Sunil. As soon as Santosh came to the village, Sunil convinced him of his mistake and then made him drink alcohol. After this he took him home and killed him.

Sunil was lighting a lot of incense sticks in the house

After killing Santosh at home in Aliyapur village, Sunil roamed around the village for two days. There was no doubt in the initial phase. However, Sunil had not been opening the shop since April 19, the night of the incident. Since April 22, he was lighting a lot of incense sticks in the house. It was also seen by some people of the locality. There was a foul smell coming from his house. Since then Sunil disappeared. Here on Saturday evening, Santosh's wife also absconded.

Cloth was stuffed in the mouth

Santosh was murdered about four days back. A cloth was stuffed in his mouth. Along with this, his hands, feet and body were tied with rope at many places. Due to this, cut marks have been made in many places in the body. As the body was several days old, it was not clear how the murder was done. But due to non-receipt of blood on the spot, it is feared that the murder was done by strangulation. The reason for the murder will be clear after the post-mortem on Monday.

Sunil's wife had left

Villagers of Aliyapur village told that Sunil had a relationship with Santosh's wife for many years. Sunil's wife also got this information. On this day he used to have a dispute with Sunil. She left him about two years ago and went to her maternal home. Didn't come after that. After this Sunil started living alone in the house.
