According to the news, the Chief Minister said that due to less rainfall this year, farmers have to spend more on crops. He said that we will give bonus on all Kharif crops including fruits, flowers and vegetables. Farmers will be given Rs 2,000 per acre as bonus. Saini said that even if a farmer has less than one acre of land, he will be given Rs 2,000. He said that I am also a farmer's son, I understand their pain.

You will have to register yourself by August 15

The Chief Minister said that farmers will have to register themselves on the 'Meri Fasal, Mera Byora' portal by August 15. A few days ago, the state cabinet approved the proposal to buy 10 more crops at the minimum support price (MSP). Apart from this, the Chief Minister also announced the waiver of outstanding amount of irrigation charges of canal water. These announcements have been made ahead of the Haryana Assembly elections to be held later this year.

The Haryana government has recently launched the Moong Seed Subsidy Scheme in which farmers will be given a subsidy of 75% on the purchase of moong seeds. The main objective of the government to launch this scheme is to meet the increasing demand for moong in the market and to increase the income of farmers.
