Haryana New Government: Haryana's Naib Singh Saini government has recently finalized its cabinet, which includes a total of 14 leaders including the Chief Minister. This cabinet is very important from the political point of view, because many turncoats and nepotism have been given place in it. Out of the 13 ministers in Naib Singh Saini's cabinet, 6 leaders are such who have recently joined BJP, and 2 of these leaders joined BJP just before the elections.

Talks given importance in the cabinet

Talking about the turncoats included in the government, Arvind Sharma, Rao Narveer, Aarti Rao, Shyam Singh Rana, Ranveer Gangwa and Shruti Chaudhary are the prominent names. These leaders started their political careers with different parties, but due to changing equations over time, they joined BJP.

Arvind Sharma is a leader who started his political career with Congress. He came into the limelight by defeating Deepender Hooda from Rohtak in 2019, but Deepender defeated him in 2024. After this he contested the assembly elections and won from Gohna seat. Arvind Sharma has been included in the cabinet from Brahmin quota.

Rao Narveer is a big leader of South Haryana, who has been a part of various parties like Lok Dal, Congress, Haryana Vikas Party and BSP. He is considered an opponent of Rao Indrajit in the Ahirwal belt, and to strike this political balance, he has been made a minister from the Yadav quota.

Aarti Rao is the daughter of Rao Indrajit Singh, who has been elected MLA from Ateli. The purpose of including her in the cabinet is to appease her father Rao Indrajit, who was also in the race for the post of Chief Minister.

Shyam Singh Rana has come into the cabinet from Rajput quota and joined BJP just before the elections. Rana, who was elected MLA from Yamunanagar, has had a political journey associated with INLD and other parties.

Ranveer Gangwa joined BJP from INLD and became MLA from Barwala seat of Hisar. Gangwa has been included in the cabinet keeping in mind the regional equations.

Shruti Chaudhary is the granddaughter of Chaudhary Bansi Lal and daughter of Rajya Sabha MP Kiran Chaudhary. Shruti joined BJP just before the elections and has been made a minister to appease the Jat community.

Familyism given priority

A glimpse of familyism can also be clearly seen in this government. Apart from Shruti Chaudhary and Aarti Rao, Rajesh Nagar has also been given a place in the cabinet. Rajesh Nagar is the son of senior Haryana BJP leader Roop Swaroop Nagar. Apart from this, many other ministers also come from political families, which shows that familyism has been considered important in Naib Singh Saini's government.

Efforts to appease all communities

Representation of different communities has been taken care of in this cabinet. 2 Brahmins, 2 Dalits, 2 Jats, 2 Yadavs as well as one minister each from Rajput, Gurjar, Saini, Gangwa, Punjabi and Vaishya communities have also been included.

Presence of Sangh leaders

Leaders associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh have also been given proper representation in the cabinet. Mahipal Dhanda, Gaurav Gautam and Anil Vij have been included in the cabinet from the Sangh quota. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini himself has also come from the Sangh cadre. Apart from these, Krishan Lal Panwar, Krishna Bedi and Vipul Goyal are also important personalities associated with BJP politics, who have been given a place in the cabinet.

Conclusion

The cabinet of Naib Singh Saini's government is diverse and balanced in many ways. In this, special attention has been given to nepotism, defection and various caste equations. BJP has selected ministers in a strategic way to balance the political equations of Haryana.
