Madhya Pradesh | The troubled story of a mother has come to the fore in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh on Mother's Day. Here Poonia Bai, a 95-year-old elderly woman, reached Ujjain DM Ashish Singh. The woman has appealed to the collector that her family is very upset with the land mafia. She told that she has been doing rounds of government departments for 10 years. Along with this, they are fighting a battle with the domineering people to get rid of the land. The woman's son had taken her in his lap and reached in front of the collector.

Have complained many times

Poonia Bai's son Sunil Lott alleged that Devraj's father Hansraj and Tilak Raj's father Hansraj had illegally set up a colony in the area. He has done this despite the ban on the permission for pucca construction here. According to the woman, on 15 February 2021, the conversion has also been done in her favor. Sunil also applied from ADM to Tehsildar. In this, he told that the land is ancestral and Devraj and Tilak Raj brothers have occupied it since 2012. According to him, since then complaints have been made in the CM Helpline and various departments.

Possession continues despite orders

The DM and the Municipal Commissioner expressed surprise when the complaint was not heard even after 10 years in the Chief Minister's Helpline and Collector's Office. When he inquired from the Lot family, it was found that on 28 January 2012 also a notice was issued from Ujjain Municipal Corporation in the name of Hansraj Tilak and Rajlot resident Bherugarh. In this, it was asked to remove the illegal construction within 7 days. Despite this, the occupation remains intact even after 10 years. According to Sunil Lott, our name is also in the documents.
