According to the information, Devli village is located in Tonkkhurd police station area of Dewas district. Here some dogs were seen eating meat on Kamal Jhalaya's farm. When his brother Virendra went and saw it, he came to know that the remains of cows were lying there. The information was given to the police. As soon as the information was received, the police force of the nearby police stations reached. Villagers told that the cows go towards the village dam to drink water at night. On Saturday night, unidentified people slaughtered about eight to ten cows and took the meat and skins of the cow from the spot. During investigation, the police have also found tire marks of a four wheeler vehicle from the spot. As soon as the information was received, activists of Bajrang Dal Tonkkhurd, RSS and other Hindu organizations reached the spot and took stock of the situation.
