On the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the administration has geared up to add beauty to the beauty of his parliamentary constituency Kashi. 75 Amrit Sarovars will be built to give joy in Anand Kanan (Kashi), the city of Baba Vishwanath. On the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the administration has geared up to add beauty to the beauty of his parliamentary constituency Kashi. Monitoring has started from the level of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath regarding Amrit Sarovar. Due to this, the work of marking before the construction of these lakes has started.


The depth of these Amrit Sarovar will be about two meters. Water will be arranged here so that the water level remains intact in any season. These lakes will be very effective in improving the groundwater situation. Retaining wall, boundary wall, interlocking, food court, stone pitching, paddle vote, green area, fountains will be installed from MNREGA convergence, Kshetra Panchayat fund and Gram Panchayat fund. Lighting will also be arranged here.


With rain water harvesting and water conservation, these lakes will now be developed as a beautiful place. With the formation of these lakes, the ground water level of the district will also improve. Also people will get a chance to enjoy the greenery around the house along with boating. With the development of the lake, the means of income of the villagers will be created and the income of the village panchayat will also increase.


A total of 75 Amrit Sarovar will be built in the district. The marking work has started for this. All kinds of facilities will be developed here, so that people can enjoy.

Amrit Sarovar will be built in every Lok Sabha constituency: Deputy Chief Minister

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, who visited Varanasi, said that the target is to make Amrit Sarovar in every Lok Sabha constituency. Plantation will be done around the lake. There will be arrangements for boating and walking in the lake. Necessary guidelines have been given for selecting each of the villages. The name of the lake will be named after a sacrificer of that village or such a national heritage, who has made an invaluable contribution in the service of the country.
