Shiv Sena's Rajya Sabha MP Priyanka Chaturvedi tweeted, "It is absolutely unacceptable and indecent language for anyone to use such words. Whatever happens, there should be civility in language."

What is the whole matter?

On January 5, Punjab had reacted to shuttler Saina Nehwal's tweet after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's security lapse. Actor Siddharth used the word double meaning on this tweet of Saina. Actor Siddharth further wrote that Shame on you Rihanna.

What was Saina's tweet

Earlier, Saina had tweeted and wrote, "No nation can claim to be safe if the security of its own Prime Minister is compromised. I strongly condemn the cowardly attack on PM Modi by anarchists. Am." Apart from being a star badminton player, Saina is also a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Women's Commission in Action

Siddharth's reaction to Saina's tweet has sparked controversy. People objected to this tweet of actor Siddharth and complained to the Women's Commission. Siddharth has been sent a notice by the Women's Commission. It has also been asked to register an FIR against Siddharth under the IT Act. Not only this, the Women's Commission has also asked Twitter to remove this tweet. The National Commission for Women has sought a report in this matter from Mumbai Police and Twitter.

After the controversy escalated, Siddharth has also given a clarification. He said that his word is being taken in a wrong way, no attempt has been made to insult anyone.
