Delhi / Amanatullah Khan kept cash and weapons at my house, Hamid Ali confessed the truth

The problems of Delhi Waqf Board President and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan are not taking the name of lessening. Amanatullah is accused of corruption in the Delhi Waqf Board. The Delhi Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested Hamid Ali Khan, a close aide of Amanatullah Khan, after cash and arms worth lakhs were recovered in a raid on Friday.

New Delhi : The problems of Delhi Waqf Board President and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan are not taking the name of lessening. Amanatullah is accused of corruption in the Delhi Waqf Board.

The Delhi Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested Hamid Ali Khan, a close aide of Amanatullah Khan, after cash and arms worth lakhs were recovered in a raid on Friday.

ACB sources said Hamid Ali Khan, a close aide of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan, has told the ACB that Amanatullah had kept arms and cash in his house and all transactions were done on his instructions.

The ACB on Friday conducted raids at four places in connection with alleged irregularities in recruitment in the Delhi Waqf Board and arrested Waqf Board Chairman Amanatullah Khan. Hamid Ali's property was also among the places where the ACB raided.

The ACB had recovered an unlicensed weapon, Rs 12 lakh in cash and some cartridges from the house of Jamia Nagar resident Hamid Ali. Hamid Ali has been arrested by the South-East District Police under the Arms Act.
