According to the Ministry of Labor and Employment, EPFO ​​​​participated in the 15th edition of the employment fair organized at 47 places across the country. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed this grand event through video conferencing. On this occasion, appointment letters were distributed to more than 51,000 youth in various government departments, in which EPFO ​​​​also made an important contribution.

Steps taken towards regular recruitment

EPFO has set up an appointment department at the headquarters level to ensure regular and transparent recruitment in future as well. Also, an annual recruitment calendar has also been prepared as per the instructions of Union Labor and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya. It is worth noting that last year EPFO ​​​​had also successfully recruited 159 Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners, 84 Junior Translation Officers and 28 Stenographers among many other posts.
