India / Fire breaks out at Delhi plastic factory, 9 fire tenders reach spot

A fire broke out at a multi-storey plastic factory in Shahzada Bagh area of Inderlok in New Delhi on Saturday. After receiving a call at around 9.20 am, nine fire tenders rushed to the spot, Director, Delhi Fire Service, Atul Garg said. The situation is under control but the cause of fire is yet to be ascertained, he added.

New Delhi: A fire broke out at a plastic factory in Delhi's Inderlok area on Saturday morning, a fire service official said.

No casualty was reported in the fire at the three-storey building at Shahzada Bagh, he said. 

A call about the fire was received at around 9.20 AM and nine fire tenders were rushed to the spot, said Atul Garg, director of Delhi Fire Service.

The blaze has been brought under control, he said, adding that the cause of the fire is yet to be confirmed.
