He lives by constructing a house in Naini's Kanila village. Her in-laws house is in Deori village of Karchana. There is a rift going on between Sanjay and his in-laws over some issue. Sanjay's brother-in-law Abhishek Mishra had arrived at five o'clock on Monday evening to send his sister to her maternal home. Sanjay Shukla opened fire on him as soon as he opened the door. The bullet hit Abhishek in his hand, injuring him. He ran away screaming.

Demand to call the District Magistrate on the spot

Accused Sanjay says that for money, Sanjay's wife has met with the maternal side and got attacked many times in the night. Sanjay is also admitting that the video and audio of the attack are present, but will show all this evidence only to the district officer. Accused retired soldier Sanjay says that he will not open the gate until the District Magistrate comes and talks, if the police forcefully then he can shoot anyone.
