Ram Mandir Ayodhya: The program of consecration of Ramlala has been completed in the grand Shri Ram temple being built in Ayodhya. After the consecration, PM Modi also appeared emotional. After the consecration of the new idol of Ramlala, the PM started his address with 'Siyavar Ramchandra ki Jai'. After Pran Pratishtha, PM Modi took the name of Lord Ram 114 times in his 35-minute address, but did not even mention the names of the opposition parties. PM Modi definitely said that some people used to say that the construction of Ram temple will cause fire. Such people could not understand the purity of India's social spirit. In this way, by not paying any attention to the opposition, PM Modi has reduced them to 'Kamandal'.

When Ram Lalla was seated in his sanctum sanctorum after five hundred years, PM Modi became the chief host in the consecration ceremony. In the afternoon, PM Modi wore light yellow dhoti-kurta and held a plate in his hand, which had a silver umbrella for Shri Ram. The Pran Pratishtha program lasted for about an hour and PM Modi participated with full rituals. He performed the aarti of the Lord and spread the water, then placed a lotus at the feet of Ram and circumambulated and prostrated. After consecration, Modi broke his 11-day fast in front of the people present in the temple premises.

PM Modi apologized to Ram Lalla and said that many of our generations have suffered separation. Today I also apologize to Lord Shri Ram. There must be something lacking in our efforts, sacrifice and penance that we could not do this work for so many centuries. Today that deficiency has been filled. I believe that Lord Shri Ram will definitely forgive us today. PM said that Ram Lalla will now live in a grand temple, not in a tent. PM Modi said that there was a time when some people used to say that if Ram temple is built, there will be fire, but such people could not understand the religious and social sentiments of India.

‘Our future is going to be much more beautiful than the past’

The Prime Minister said that the construction of Ram temple is generating new enthusiasm among the countrymen, today we have got the heritage of centuries, we have got the temple of Shri Ram. This sun of 22 January 2024 has brought a wonderful aura, it is not a date written on the calendar, but it is the origin of a new cycle of time. People will remember it for thousands of years. He said, this is a moment of celebration. This is the moment of intellectual progress in Indian society. Our future is going to be much more beautiful than our past. That was also the time, some people used to say that if Ram temple is built, it will catch fire. Such people do not know the harmony of India. This construction is not giving birth to any fire but energy. Ram Mandir has brought inspiration to every section of the society to walk on the bright path. Ram is not fire, Ram is energy. Ram is not a dispute, Ram is a solution. Ram is not ours, Ram belongs to everyone. Ram is not present, Ram is eternal.

Dream came true after 500 years

The journey of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya has been full of challenges. There was a long legal battle regarding the Ram Janmabhoomi from the streets to the court, after which now, after five hundred years, the dream of Ram temple is coming true. There were a lot of movements and intense politics regarding the Ram temple, due to which many opposition parties continued to believe that this is a dispute which is difficult to resolve. After the Babri dispute, the long battle in the courts and then the decision of the apex court, the path for the construction of Ram temple was paved, for which PM Modi also thanked the court. He also said that many people have shown the pinnacle of sacrifice and penance in this work of Ram. We are all indebted to those countless Ram devotees, those countless kar sevaks and those countless saints and mahatmas.

Ram's existence questioned: PM

PM Modi said that the existence of Ram was questioned while the Constitution of India, on its first page, mentions Lord Ram. I thank the Supreme Court for maintaining the dignity of law. Even after the Constitution came into existence, a legal battle continued for decades over the existence of Lord Shri Ram. I would like to express my gratitude to the judiciary of India, which has preserved the dignity of justice. PM Modi said that many nations get entangled in their own history. Whenever he tried to solve the knots of history, difficult situations arose. The knot that we have opened with emotion and wisdom shows that the future is going to be very beautiful.

PM said- a few people were opposing Ram

The way the Prime Minister limited the opposition parties to a limited scope by addressing them as a few people. PM Modi did not describe the protesters as people of one ideology and political parties, because he did not want to expand their scope by saying this. In this way, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given the message that only a few people were opposing the Ram Temple in India, in which there was not any one community or any political party but there were a few people. The way PM Modi said that Ram is not fire, he is an energy. Ram is not a controversy, he is a solution. Ram is not just ours, he belongs to everyone. In this way, Lord Ram has been seen giving a political message by calling everyone.

PM Modi attacked the policies of the opposition very simply without taking names. Explaining his legacy related to Lord Ram to the people standing with him, he also called upon him to come along. Besides mentioning conspiracies to challenge Sanatan culture without naming them, he asked to teach a lesson to such people through signals. In a way, this message was given that those who call Ram powerless and imaginary cannot do any good to the country. Describing Ram as a symbol of the power of Sanatan culture, he challenged the opponents that they will have to accept the existence of Ram.

Opposition parties stayed away even after receiving invitation

Invitations were sent to all political parties for the consecration of Ram Lalla, but most of the opposition parties including Congress had kept distance. He himself chose this option. Despite being invited to attend the function, he did not attend. He decided not to attend, calling it an event of BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. Congress and other parties perhaps forgot that the country celebrated not for BJP but for Ram. Ram does not belong to any party or religion but belongs to everyone.

This is the reason why PM Modi said that Lord Ram belongs to everyone. Ram is not just ours, Ram belongs to everyone. The PM said that today in this historic time, the country is also remembering those people, because of whose work and dedication we are seeing these auspicious days. In this way, even though PM Modi did not take the name of the opposition, he was trying to give a big political message by not giving them special attention in his signals.

PM Modi attacked through gestures

In a way, PM Modi tried to give the message that the delay in the construction of the temple was due to the policies of those who spoiled the vote arithmetic in the name of Ram. It is everyone's responsibility to make those who deny the existence of Ram realize the power of Ram. He did not fail to assure the supporters that despite the efforts of the opposition, the process of giving respect to the concerns of Sanatan culture is not going to stop, but for this he also expected restraint from them.

By saying that Ram is energy, not fire, he has tried to caution his people in a way by advising them not to see life-consecration as a victory and not to do anything in enthusiasm that may give an opportunity to the opponents. He also indicated that he was not mentioning the word Ramrajya because Ram is God. They don't have the capability to match them.
