World Cup 2023: A great match has been played between India and Pakistan in the ODI World Cup. Team India won this match very easily. India defeated Pakistan by 7 wickets in this match. With the victory in this match, the Indian team has increased its win-loss record against Pakistan to 8-0 in the World Cup. But after this match a big uproar came to light. Actually, Pakistan Cricket Board i.e. PCB complained to ICC after this match that the spectators of Ahmedabad behaved indecently against the Pakistani team. Now ICC has given clarification on this matter.ICC gave clarificationThe PCB is unlikely to take action on a complaint regarding alleged indecent behavior by fans during the World Cup match against India in Ahmedabad as the racism code is limited to individual cases only and does not cover a group. More than one lakh spectators were present at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Only three American spectators of Pakistani origin were present to support Pakistan.Ruckus created after Rizwan's dismissalWhen Mohammad Rizwan was returning to the pavilion after getting out, a group of spectators raised religious slogans, after which the PCB filed a complaint with the ICC. Pakistan's director of cricket Mickey Arthur admitted that his players were troubled by crowd noise during their 7-wicket loss to India. The ICC is understood to have taken cognizance of the complaint and is figuring out the process to be followed. A senior official who has worked in BCCI and ICC said that ICC takes every complaint very seriously but the code is about individuals. I don't know what the PCB wants but it will be very difficult to take any concrete action. He said that if there are allegations of racial discrimination then the ICC can identify the person but when thousands of people were shouting slogans you cannot do anything. No player was injured by any object thrown into the stadium. A partisan attitude was expected from the audience. There is this kind of pressure in big matches.
