If you throw debris on the road during building repair or new construction, then you may have to pay a fine of Rs 5000. The Municipal Commissioner said that action will be taken under the violation of NGT's rule.

If you throw debris on the road during building repair or new construction, then you may have to pay a fine of Rs 5000. The Municipal Commissioner said that action will be taken under the violation of NGT's rule.

Municipal Commissioner Avinash Singh said that the buildings or landowners of the city should not throw the debris generated during the repair of their buildings or the construction of new buildings in public places.

If found doing so, action will be taken as per rules of National Green Tribunal (NGT) and violation of Waste Management and Handling Rule. According to the legal action under Municipal Corporation Solid Waste Management and Handling, a fine of five thousand rupees will be imposed along with the action.

Debris can be picked up by informing the Municipal Corporation

The Municipal Commissioner said that for the removal of debris during the repair of the house or the construction of a new building, inform the Municipal Corporation on 0551-2342621. A user charge will be Rs 400 per trolley or Rs 800 per truck.
