New Delhi : The new chief of the Indian Army, General Manoj Pandey, had recently given a clear message to China regarding the Line of Actual Control that wrongdoing will not be tolerated. In this episode, the Indian Army has transferred six division soldiers of the army from the Ladakh sector near the Line of Actual Control. However, the process of transferring soldiers has been going on for more than two years. ANI told in one of its reports that so far 35 thousand soldiers have been shifted on the China border.

In fact, ANI has quoted senior government sources in its report that in the last two years, about 35 thousand soldiers have been deployed on the China border. Some of these soldiers were active in counter-terrorism roles. A division from the Rashtriya Rifles was also moved out of Jammu and Kashmir from counter-insurgency roles and is now deployed in the Eastern Ladakh sector. Similarly, an Assam-based division under the Tezpur-based Gajraj Corps has been removed from its anti-insurgency role and is now tasked with looking after China's border in the northeast.

All this comes as China in recent days attempted to unilaterally change the status quo by moving a large number of troops against Indian posts. However, even after the deployment of troops, the Indian Army is rebalancing and restructuring its forces. Experts believe that more than the Pakistan border, there is now a challenge on the China border and due to this situation it has been done.
