In the charge sheet filed against Tytler, the witness has claimed that three Sikhs were killed in the Gurdwara premises following this provocation by Tytler. Tytler on Saturday appeared before Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vidhi Gupta Anand in a case related to the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.

The witness said that after saying this, Tytler left the place in anger.

The CBI also said that Tytler promoted enmity between different religious communities.

Please tell that on October 31, 1984, the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was assassinated. The murder was done by his two Sikh bodyguards. The very next day i.e. on November 1, riots broke out in Delhi, in which many Sikhs were killed.
