Coronavirus: Amidst the chaos over the lockdown in Maharashtra due to the Corona virus crisis, the government has clarified that restrictions can be relaxed from Monday. On the orders related to relaxation in the lockdown, the Maharashtra government says that the lockdown restrictions can be relaxed from Monday based on the positivity rate of corona infection and the availability of oxygen beds. Let us tell you that there was confusion in the state regarding the relaxation of restrictions, after which the government has made it clear.According to news agency ANI, regarding the orders regarding relaxation in the lockdown, the Maharashtra government said that the lockdown will be relaxed only on the basis of the rate of corona infection in the state and the availability of oxygen beds. The government said that where is the positivity rate and how many beds are left in the hospitals, concessions can be given only keeping in mind all these. Please note that the order will be effective from Monday.Earlier, Minister in Maharashtra Government Vijay Wadettiwar had said that from Friday, the lockdown will be completely lifted in 18 districts included in Level-1. However, after his statement, the Thackeray government took a U-turn. The Chief Minister's Office had said that easing restrictions in different areas according to the situation is being considered, but a decision has not been taken at the moment. Earlier, the minister had said that the lockdown can be completely removed from the districts falling in Level 1. There are total 18 districts in Level-1 including Thane. Mumbai, the financial capital of the country, has been placed in Level-2. Let us tell you that the situation arising out of corona infection at a fast pace in Mumbai was brought under control.In the clarification, the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) said in a statement that the Kovid-19 epidemic has not been completely controlled so far, so the government has not taken any decision to relax the restrictions. "The situation of corona virus infection in some rural areas of the state continues to be very serious... the restrictions have not been completely lifted in the state," the statement said. The restrictions imposed in the month will remain in force till June 15.
