Mamta Banerjee said that she had some more meetings. However, during the meeting of PM Narendra Modi, Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar was present. Prior to the meeting in Bengal, PM Narendra Modi also conducted an aerial survey to take stock of the situation. Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was also present during this period.

PMO announced help for Jharkhand, Odisha and Bengal

Earlier, PM Narendra Modi reached Odisha's capital Bhubaneswar on Friday morning. After reviewing the situation there, he had a review meeting with CM Naveen Patnaik. The central government has announced to give 500 crore rupees for Odisha and the same amount for Bengal and Jharkhand.
