Ukraine did the first drone attack on Moscow on 24 April. This drone crashed at a distance of 100 kilometers. On May 3, at 2 pm, Ukraine carried out two drone attacks. After this there were attacks on 17th May, 30th May, 4th July and 24th July. However, the Ukrainian army failed in the attacks. Two office buildings in Moscow have been damaged in the recent strike. There is no news of any casualty. The roadway was affected after the attack. The city's airport also had to be closed.

The Russian Foreign Ministry claims that the army has intercepted three Ukrainian drones. Russia has called this attack an attempt of terrorist attack. The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that one drone was shot down, while two were tried to be intercepted by electronic warfare which crashed on the building. There is news of one person being injured in this attack. The Mayor of Moscow said in a statement that the exterior of the building has been damaged.
