The Taliban on Tuesday introduced a caretaker Cabinet that paid homage to the old guard of the group, giving pinnacle posts to Taliban personalities who ruled the 20-year struggle towards the US-led coalition and its Afghan authorities allies.
Interim Prime Minister Mullah Hasan Akhund headed the Taliban authorities in Kabul over the last years of its rule. Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, who had led talks with the US and signed the deal that led to America's final withdrawal from Afghanistan, could be one of the deputies to Mr Akhund.
There has was no proof of non-Taliban withinside the lineup, a big demand of the worldwide community.
