British PM Rishi Sunak: British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is in big trouble ahead of the country's general election to be held on July 4. The betting episode before the UK election has increased the Prime Minister's trouble. Meanwhile, Rishi Sunak has said that he is "outraged" over the matter of some candidates of his Conservative Party betting on the date of the general election. Let us tell you that the campaign for the general election to be held on July 4 in Britain entered its final week on Thursday.

In his last TV debate on Wednesday night before the election, Sunak, the first British Prime Minister of Indian origin, faced Keir Starmer of the Labour Party. Adopting an aggressive stance, Sunak challenged opposition leader Starmer on various issues including taxes. Pointing to Starmer, Sunak (44) said, "Keep my words in writing. If he comes to power, the increase in taxes is certain." During this, Starmer, referring to the suspension of a Labor Party candidate facing investigation for betting on his own victory, said, "You have to lead from the front on such issues.

Stormer made this allegation on Sunak

Stormer said - When a member of my party was accused, he was suspended within minutes, because I knew it was very important that we act fast." Starmer said, "The Prime Minister kept delaying until he was forced to take action." On this, Sunak told the people present that he was "angry" and "disappointed" by the allegations, and he has also suspended his party's candidates who are facing investigation. He stressed, "It was important for me that appropriate action be taken against them given the seriousness and sensitivity of the matter and that is what I have done.
