A marriage ceremony was going on on the night of 20 April in a village of Pinahat's police station Mansukhpura area. The procession came from village Naya Pura Thana Ambah in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. During this, the police got information that the girl who is getting married is a minor. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and stopped the marriage. Even before that, seeing the police coming, the bride and groom fled from there. The police took the groom's father and brother into custody for questioning.

On the night of 20 April in Karkauli village of Mansukhpura, preparations were going on for the reception and marriage of the procession with great pomp. The groom along with the band Baaja procession and his relatives reached the door of the girl's house, where the groom's procession was going on. Then a villager informed the Mansukhpura police about the marriage of a minor girl. On which the station in-charge Mansukhpura Girish Kumar reached the spot along with the police force. Seeing the police, there was a stir in the house and the procession. The wedding preparations were left in the ground.

Seeing the police, the bride and groom fled from the spot. All the food items were kept. Seeing the police, the processioners who came in the procession, leaving food and drinking, left for their homes by different routes, hiding and hiding through the fields. Mansukhpura police station in-charge Girish Rajput said that on the night of April 20, information was received about the marriage of a minor in village Karkauli. On this the marriage was stopped after reaching the village with the force. The procession came from village Naya Pura Thana Ambah in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh.

There was a stir when the police arrived even before the wedding rituals started. The groom and the bridegroom got scared and ran away. The groom's father and brother have been taken into custody by the police. Both were taken to the police station and interrogated. The SHO said that the people of the girl's side have also been called along with the age records of the girl to the police station for investigation. If the minor was being married, then action would be taken against all the accused.

Relative was accused of molestation

The minor whose marriage has been stopped by the police in Mansukhpura police station area. The same teenager had accused a neighboring relative of molestation 15 days ago. On the complaint, the police had also registered a case against the accused relative.
