Kejriwal said, “These people want to defame me by sending fake summons. They have sent me a summons and my lawyers told me that the summons is illegal. If a legally correct summons comes, I will fully cooperate. BJP's aim is to stop me from campaigning in the Lok Sabha elections.

ED preparing to send fourth summons

Meanwhile, ED is now preparing to send fourth summons to Kejriwal. ED is reviewing Kejriwal's reply. ED has sent summons to Arvind Kejriwal three times in the liquor scam but he is repeatedly refusing to appear. It is being claimed by his party that a conspiracy has been hatched to arrest Kejriwal. Meanwhile, the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has now recommended a CBI investigation into the fake lab tests in the mohalla clinic.

Panic in AAP due to ED action

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is scared of the possibility of arrest of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the liquor scam case. Aam Aadmi Party leaders are expressing different apprehensions. First he expressed the fear of Arvind Kejriwal's arrest by continuously tweeting on social media at midnight and then a little while ago he talked about the police surrounding Kejriwal's house. But the latest situation is that now both the gates of Kejriwal's official residence have been opened. Arvind Kejriwal lives in 6 Flag Staff Road, there is no restriction on movement there.

AAP had accused of closing roads and houses

Aam Aadmi Party had said that Arvind Kejriwal's house in Delhi has been closed from all sides by the police. All roads leading to the Chief Minister's residence have been closed. AAP claimed that even the CM's staff was not being allowed inside, but contrary to the party's claims, both the roads leading to the CM House have been opened. Aadmi Party has expressed apprehension that today ED may raid Arvind Kejriwal's house and arrest him.

'338 crore scam money spent in elections'

Let us tell you that in the Delhi liquor scam, ED has given 3 summons to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal but Kejriwal has not appeared even once. ED alleges that Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal have spent Rs 338 crore of scam money in Goa elections. In this matter, the Supreme Court has also asked ED to ask questions to the leadership of Aam Aadmi Party.

What did Kejriwal write in the letter to ED?

Now Kejriwal has written a letter to ED saying that the behavior of ED is arbitrary and non-transparent. Kejriwal has asked what is the reason behind summoning him. Along with this, Kejriwal has said that the purpose of the summons is investigation or to tarnish my reputation. Jariwal has also given the reason for not appearing before the ED in his letter. He says that he is busy with the Rajya Sabha elections to be held in Delhi and is also busy preparing for January 26. Kejriwal has asked ED to send the list of his questions, he will answer them.
