CM Nitish Kumar: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's recent meeting with RJD chief Lalu Yadav again gave rise to discussions of grand alliance. Nitish Kumar clarified on this and said that he will remain with the BJP and there are no plans to join the grand alliance. He also clarified that their recent meeting was for the appointment of the Information Commissioner, and not to discuss the alliance.

Nitish also gave a statement regarding the improvement in IGIMS hospital, he said that the system of the hospital has been improved and modern medical facilities have been made available.

At the same time, BJP National President JP Nadda has reached Patna on his two-day Bihar tour. He inaugurated the new Eye Institute at IGIMS and will inaugurate super specialty hospitals in Bhagalpur and Gaya.

CM himself gave clarification

CM Nitish Kumar himself gave a statement on this in the program of IGIMS hospital, in which he made it clear that he is not going anywhere. Regarding the matter, he said that we made a mistake 2 times and went with them. We are with BJP from the beginning. Now I will not go here and there. Will stay with BJP. We did all the work together in Bihar.

Actually, recently CM Nitish Kumar and Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav met regarding the appointment of the Information Commissioner. Many kinds of speculations were being made about that. However, this meeting was held to approve the name of the Information Commissioner.

What did he say about IGIMS hospital

Chief Minister Nitish further said about IGIMS in the program that initially work was done here but later the system became very bad. When our government was formed, we came and saw and paid attention to it. Modern arrangements were made for the treatment of people and doctors were posted, the earlier people did not do anything. Let us tell you that IGIMS was established in 1984.

JP Nadda reached Bihar

Meanwhile, BJP National President JP Nadda also reached Patna today on his two-day visit to Bihar. On reaching Patna, he went straight to the Chief Minister's residence, where he met CM Nitish Kumar. During this, BJP State President Dr. Dilip Jaiswal, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary were also present.

Inaugurated IGIMS Hospital

This is JP Nadda's first visit to Bihar after becoming the Union Health Minister. During his two-day visit, he will inaugurate several hospitals. JP Nadda today inaugurated the newly built Regional Eye Institute located in the IGIMS campus. After this, he left for Bhagalpur, where he will inaugurate a 200-bed super specialty block. From there he will go to Gaya, where he will inaugurate a super specialty hospital at Magadh Medical College. On the second day of the tour, on September 7, JP Nadda will visit Patna Medical College Hospital. He will see the new block being built in PMCH.
