New Delhi: Irctc Booking Update: Next time, to book the railway online tickets, then IRCTC also asks for information about PAN, base or passport. Actually the railway ticket brokers are going to take these steps to out of the ticket booking system. IRCTC is working fast on a new system, in which you have to link to your base- PAN. When you log in to book train tickets through the IRCTC's website or app, you may have to put the base, pan or passport number.Director General Arun Kumar, Director of Railway Safety Force (RPF), told that the Railways is working on a plan to link Identity Documents with IRCTC. He said that the action against False was based on Human Intelligence, but the effect was not enough. Eventually, we have decided to link it with the other documents of pan, base or identity while logging for tickets. This can prevent the fake of booking of tickets.
Arun Kumar said that we need to make a network first. Our work with the base authority has been completed closer. As soon as the whole system will be ready to work. We will start using it and start using it. Arun Kumar informed that action against brokers was started in October and November in 2019, since then 14,257 brokers were arrested.
